As the Director of Children and Teens Education and Chairman of CRSM, I am deeply committed to ensuring that every child in our care experiences a nurturing environment where they can thrive academically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Our complaints procedure is intended to ensure that all complaints are handled fairly, consistently and wherever possible resolved to the complainant's satisfaction.

If you notice an issue or problem with the school, your child teacher, etc.
Log the complaint with the HM or Assistant HM
Supply evidence for your complaint to either of them

RESPECT: It is mandatory for all students to attend school daily assembly. Thus students are expected to be punctual and conduct themselves.
INCLUSION: It is a message that says you hope someone is well or happy. Make it your habit to greet people. It doesn’t make you less human.
